Privacy policy
What Thinking Signal collects when you use this website or evaluate AutoDocxy AI, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are
Thinking Signal builds AutoDocxy AI, a document automation product for industrial and operations teams. Thinking Signal is the controller for personal data collected through this website and through product evaluations we run with you. What we collect
We collect as little as the job needs, and we separate what you hand us deliberately from what a website records automatically.

Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and shows no consent banner because it does not need one. Page measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and a first-party counter that records the page, the campaign parameters on the link, and whether the demo form was opened or submitted.
That counter stores a random identifier in your browser for the current tab session only. It is not a cookie, it is discarded when you close the tab, and it is never matched to your name, your email or your IP address. We do not store visitor IP addresses, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Documents you send us during an evaluation
An evaluation involves you sending representative operational documents. Those documents frequently contain personal data belonging to other people, such as a contact name on an invoice. For that material we act as a processor on your instructions, and we will sign a data processing agreement before an evaluation begins.
- Send redacted or synthetic documents wherever they would prove the same point.
- Do not send special category data, including health records, unless we have agreed the controls for it in writing first.
- Documents, extracted values and the audit trail are deleted within 30 days of the evaluation ending, or sooner on request.
- Extraction may call a configured AI model provider. We will name the provider and the processing region for your evaluation before you send anything.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks. The current list of processors for a specific evaluation is available on request from privacy@thinkingsignal.online.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Evaluation documents and extracted values: 30 days after the evaluation ends, or sooner on request.
- Analytics counts: aggregated figures only, with no record tied to an individual.
- Email correspondence: retained while a commercial relationship is live, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to privacy@thinkingsignal.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
You never have to give us a phone number. Company and work email are the only required fields on the demo form, and you can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the product or our processors change, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an active evaluation are sent to your named contact by email.
