These terms

By using this website or an AutoDocxy AI evaluation workspace you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. A production deployment is not covered here: it runs under a separate signed agreement that takes precedence over this page.

What an evaluation is

• An evaluation is provided for assessment, not for production processing of records you rely on.
• ERP records in a demonstration are simulated. Nothing is written back to your live systems.
• Extracted values are proposals for a human reviewer, not verified accounting entries.
• We may change or withdraw evaluation features at any time while the evaluation is running.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload material you have no right to share with us.
• Do not upload special category data, including health records, unless we have agreed the controls in writing.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the access controls on the workspace.
• Do not share workspace credentials outside the people named in your evaluation.

Your data and your documents

You keep every right in the documents you send us and in the values extracted from them. We use them only to run the evaluation you asked for, and we delete them within 30 days of its ending, or sooner on request. We do not use your documents to train models. Handling of personal data inside those documents is described in the privacy policy.

Our intellectual property

AutoDocxy AI, the Thinking Signal name, this website and its content remain ours. An evaluation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the workspace for assessment, and nothing more.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

An evaluation is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Document extraction is probabilistic: it will sometimes be wrong, which is exactly why the product routes uncertainty to a person. You remain responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from your acting on extracted values without review. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending an evaluation

Either of us may end an evaluation at any time, for any reason, with notice by email. On ending we revoke workspace access and delete your documents and extracted values within 30 days.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Questions about these terms go to hello@thinkingsignal.online.
